Apple has recently unveiled the new iMac with Retina 5k display powered with 27 inch display, new iMac provides 14.7 million pixels and sharper pictures than ever.

Apple has announced the world best-in class computer screen for the Apple lovers and claims that the Apple new iMac will provide sharper images than its predecessors and more detailed photos. The new Apple iMac powered by latest quad-core processors with updated Thunderbolt 2.

Philip Schiller, Apple's senior vice president of Worldwide Marketing said,

'Thirty years after the first Mac changed the world, the new iMac with Retina 5K display running OS X Yosemite is the most insanely great Mac we have ever made,' said. 'With a breathtaking 14.7 million pixel display, faster CPU and graphics, Fusion Drive, and Thunderbolt 2, it's the most beautiful and powerful iMac ever.' And also he added, 'The iMac's Retina 5K display delivers a resolution of 5120 x 2880 pixels, 'four times more pixels than the standard 27-inch iMac and 67 more pixels than a 4K display'.

In order to provide better performance, the new iMac has used a new sort of TFT based display panel and offers excellent brightness from pillar to post.

The iMac display was specially made to provide extreme visual quality and performance, the device comes with Retian 5k display that uses oxide TFT panels to offer extreme performance for the users. Apple has implemented a single supercharged TCON to force all 14.7 pixels in the display.

During release, the company said,

' with the Retina 5K display also uses highly efficient LEDs and organic passivation , to improve image quality and reduce display power consumption by 30 per cent, even while driving four times more pixels at the same brightness. To improve the contrast ratio, iMac with Retina 5K display uses a new photo alignment process and a compensation film to deliver blacker blacks and more vibrant colors from any viewing angle,'

Not only with 5k display, the new iMac comes with more powerful processor, 3.5 GHz intel i5 quad core processor with 3.9 GHz Turbo boost and also it can be configured along with i7 4GHz quad core processor with 4.4 GHZ ready boost.

Apple has used most powerful processor in the new iMac and comes with 8 GB of memory as well as Fusion Drive of 1TB. Even it can be configured with 32 GB of RAM with 3TB Fusion memory too. The new iMac comes with OS X Yosemite, a redesigned operating system for the next-gen personal computers. The new iMac engineered for those people, who need a tailor made products from the manufacturers.
