HTC One M8 Eye Shown Off in Press Images, Launch Imminent?

All though @evleaks has retired it seems his legacy lives on elsewhere as a Wiebo account for 'evleaks大神' which translates to evleaks Great God has just posted for some press images of the upcoming HTC One M8 Eye in all its glory. The image is more of a promotional banner for the device which indicates a launch is imminent.


The HTC One M8 Eye as it's known will allegedly come with a 13MP camera and a secondary sensor for depth of field measuring. Elsewhere the device is set to contain the same internals as the original HTC One M8 such as the Snapdragon 801 processor, 5' 1080p display, and Sense-d Android 4.4.4 KitKat. The image doesn't reveal too much in fact, it looks the spitting image of the HTC One M8 so that may lead to some confusion once the device launches.


The HTC One M8 Eye is set to launch on October 8 alongside the HTC RECamera, their recently teased action camera.
