Eiffel Tower debuts glass floor
A new $38 million glass floor, located high above ground, is giving tourists at the Eiffel Tower butterflies as the landmark celebrates its 125th anniversary. (Oct. 7) AP
Vive la France! As it celebrates its 125th anniversary, a new glass floor on the first level debuted at the Eiffel Tower. The cost: $38 million.
Architects Moatti-Rivière, in association with Bateg, won the design-construction contract.
