Wireless company expected to offer cheaper plans

Several reports have announced the third-largest wireless company in the U.S. plans to offer cheaper pricing plans.

USA Today reported that Sprint's CEO, Marcelo Claure, announced Thursday the company's top three priorities: reduce prices, improve the network and decrease operational costs.

The Wall Street Journal said Friday that the company is preparing to roll out new, cheaper plans that could offer more wireless data.

Despite these reports, Sprint spokeswoman Jennifer Walsh said Sunday, 'Sprint has not made any announcements and does not have any comment.'
