Google Updates Voice Search App into Multilingual

Google Inc updates its voice search feature and now offers in multiple languages on Android devices.


In the updated version 3.6 of Google Search app, users can select up to five languages and Google Search will be able to understand what you are saying.


However, it was also noted that the new languages isn't as comprehensive yet. The voice search can now perform search in more than 50 languages and dialects. Previously users could only speak in one language at a time.


Users have to change their settings once and then you can switch back and forth from one language to another as you wish.


In many countries immigrants speak the native language but also the adopted to the dominant language of the country they are into.


Google also warn users of the updated app that when trying to switch the primary language to other language, users may lose some functions such as the 'OK Google' detection.
