According to a leading English daily, Apple's iTunes and App Store chief Eddy Cue met with industry executives to discuss Apple's interest in handling payments for physical goods and services on its devices.At present, Apple supports payments for music, movies, apps and books from its online iTunes Store, which includes the App Store, the Mac App Store, and the iBooks Store. Along with it, Apple allows shoppers to pay in its retail stores with the EasyPay feature in the official Apple Store app for iPhone.Meanwhile, Apple is planning to release two new versions of its iPhones with larger screens this year to meet competition from rival handset makers.The report, which follows rumours circulating for several weeks on technology blogs, indicates Apple will come out with the two devices in the second half of 2014.It said one will have a screen larger than 4.5 inches diagonally, compared with the four-inch display on current iPhones.A second model will have a display bigger than five inches, according to the report.
